Full-Time Caregiver
40 hours/week | Monday–Friday or rotating schedule
Join our team as a dedicated full-time caregiver providing compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults in the Mission Viejo and surrounding Orange County areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and tidying living spaces
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility support, and fall prevention
- Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings
- Document daily care activities and report changes in client condition
- Communicate regularly with families and the care coordination team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or home health aide experience
- Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with the California Department of Social Services
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (DOJ and FBI Live Scan)
- TB test clearance (within the last 12 months)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with client transfers
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Assist clients with morning routines including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks per dietary requirements
- Administer medication reminders according to the care plan schedule
- Engage clients in physical exercises, cognitive activities, and social interaction
- Escort clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for later
- Monitor and document client condition, mood, and any changes
- Coordinate with family members and the care team on daily updates
Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with evening routines including changing into sleepwear and oral care
- Provide nighttime safety supervision and fall prevention
- Respond promptly to client needs throughout the night (repositioning, toileting, comfort)
- Administer scheduled nighttime medication reminders
- Monitor clients with sleep disorders, sundowning, or wandering behaviors
- Prepare light snacks or beverages as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks during downtime
- Document overnight observations and report any concerns to the care team
- Assist with morning wake-up routine before shift end
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably with overnight shifts
- Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with the State of California
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
